i too have been with this company and sold many shares and was rewarded , however, i still have some shares and agree with you they should have gone private years ago. they continue with the same work plan without any consideration of the stockholders. maybe they have been accumulating cheap shares so as to have a larger return in their timeframe. due to their owning the lions share of the stock , they can do anything they want with the PPS and volume , until they decide to sell, merger , etc.
