Would love to hear everyone's opinion of Rosen's Tweet (comments) ...

Here he is, a toxic lender, thinking he is going to fill his pockets by going into cahoots with a known fraudster. This typically hoses investors as toxic lenders dilute the SP as they fill those pockets. Then here he is crying foul for not being able to hose the investors as originally planned!!
