Then why did the class action suit clearly state that the plaintiffs did not have to currently own shares? They just needed proof that they owned shares from the specified time period.

I know what comes next for former BioAmber and that’s nothing. The company was liquidated 3 plus years ago and is gone.
If your not part of the class action there is no money coming for those worthless shares.
This wasn’t very hard to figure out as I have read the monitors reports and court docs.
The liquidation was approved by 2 federal judges, all assets and IP have been sold and are listed in the APA as well.
Liquidated companies do not ever come back to pay their former shareholders a windfall that was all a made up lie!!
So what’s the next excuse going to be when once again nothing changes and no good things come?
