You don't need shorts to drop the PPS when nobody's buying. It'll drift down all by itself with no buying pressure. And yes market conditions sucked today. For almost everyone.
It's not gonna come back up unless and until they generate some positives...it's going to take awhile.
Before you put any faith in Tim Ryan ask some Delphi retired management how useful he is. He wasn't any use at all for them when most everything they earned was stolen from them in the end.
