the problem is lack of transparency. they claim they cancelled debt but we don't know how. they claim they're financing 400m in "acquisitions" with preferred shares but we don't know how many or what structure, or if they dilute. they claim their acquisitions have closed but we don't have paperwork to prove it. we don't know the revenues of the companies they acquired. it's all fluffy bs
