You're right back when this was Amerilithium ( Not American Lithium which is a legit company) and Matthew Worrall was the CEO. Amerilithium had thousands of acres of land in Nevada, Canada,and other countries so Matthew claimed. No one knows what happened to all the land. We can only speculate he lost most of it for not paying the annual permits to do the mining.... Next thing we know Ernest Remo owns it and he takes over Patten Energy (PTTN) who at the time had a 6 million annual income.
Where did all the Nevada Land go that was not sold?? We still don't know. If that land still exists this shell could be taken over by some REAL MINING COMPANY and a restart would have been possible.
REMO stole everything and took it to the bankruptcy court.
