That is not a fundamental catalyst of this stock and what will move it upward on real news.

The merger and Curriers involvement here are two major fundamentals and neither has changed.

The fact that some didn’t like the shareholder update and personally do not trust the ceo has nothing to do with this stocks fundamentals.
