Here’s what I actually said: Name a reverse merger in the past year that was completed and sold and a company worth less than $50m. I’ll bet you can’t.

8Mile is no where near $50m. You’re wasting time on nonsense. 8Mile has no business and no money to merge. The companies that are merging are real companies.
