Indeed, people talking about a shell and wietstocks like GRST is making no money and only using the diluting to pay wages. GRST reported 800k in last Q without corona that would have been 1,000,000. In the next Qs they will make 35% more with the beds up from 40 to 54. So let's say 1,250,000 per q or 5,000,000 per year with a mc at 3,000,000 and a 10,000,000 property in Canada. 7,000,000 assets and 18mil liabilities.

Just do the math. At a PE of only 25 is at 3.4bil OS a pps 0.0367... trading at 0.0009
