Some will sell in December and take the tax loss. This will drop the PPS into the .02 and maybe even .01 range. Those cheap shares will get scooped up by those willing to take the gamble. For $5K you may be able to get 400K shares. If we get lucky with the appeal, then it is worth it. If not, then it is relying on Thom to somehow turn it around.
In either case, it is worth the gamble at .015-.03.
