By the way, if you Google Map the mailing address, looks like that would be his residence. Not a bad looking house in an upscale neighbourhood. I think he can afford IFAN.

By the way, Larry doesn’t own that sad building on 8Mile road. The actual owner of Construction USA does.

I’m not ripping on Larry here, but he can’t afford IFAN. Most people in America couldn’t either, including myself. He might be able to buy a modest home but he can’t afford half a million for a shell, the corporate lawyers to maintain the shell or the amount of shares that IFAN’s new owner has purchased. Even if he did buy IFAN it would go into trips immediately and would be useless to him even for dilution. He’d lose everything he has invested. SSM and Krisa would be harmed due to their shareholder’s anger. The shareholders would be harmed and most would never invest in SSM or Krisa’s tickers again. No one would gain anything.

Not sure why I have to say this, but, an actual company will merge into IFAN.
