I think that's right Penn, many of the judges in the 5th Circuit see right through this and realize the abusive treatment of private shareholder property. I think what will be most telling is IF the shareholder Plaintiffs survive the pretrial stage, WHICH judge the Chief Judge of the 5th Circuit assigns to hear the trial, will it be a judge who has expressed sympathy for the devil, err, I mean the gubmint OR will it be a trial judge that has been skeptical about the governments overreach here and recognizes the suffering of the shareholders and is looking for an avenue in which to provide relief.
