havent seen that theyve filed everything they needed only need the attorney letter for the annual

Imo if they wish to change their company name and trading symbol on OTC, which are shown on their plans on DD, then pink current tier for now, and SEC reporting for the missing Q and annual in previous reporting years before they filed form 15 on year 2003, should all be needed. So I’d prefer that they are preparing for all those documents at the same time now. Correct me if I am wrong.
