but he never ever said such out loud - even once - while POTUS

I read this again and it seems you have no clue on what damages are and how they affect shareholders… at a minimum all profits the GSEs made during Trumps terms are potential damages by his letter and we have damages that bookend Trumps terms that will also be assessed… you kinda don’t understand how courts work…
