If it was Niocorp, wouldn't they have to publicly announce that? The land was also bought/sold in mid October, so unless closing was held up or the info is inaccurate I would think the announcement is overdue.

I don't know about this specific plot of land, but I have heard that the previous owner of NIOCORP mine site has a large sum of cash and is using it to buy land in the area, likely a land exchange to avoid (delay) capital gains.
