This plot of farm ground that sold (250 acres) is located 1 mile North and 3 miles East (Northwest corner from that intersection) of the town of Elk Creek on 723 Road.

Just about the same distance Northeast of Elk Creek as the NioCorp mine site is Southwest of Elk Creek. Can be verified by viewing it on Google Earth.

Serious doubt NioCorp has any involvement in this piece of ground.
