Having a little trouble signing something that details fees involved but not the amount they will be paying us.
We are also signing and agreeing that the "shares have no market value"

Is the missing payout amount (per share) just an oversight on their part?

I don’t see it anywhere and I don’t like it either. How do agree to something you don’t know the terms of?

The first step that we all did is to acknowledge that we would like to participate in the return to treasury program. After verifying that we do have shares, they will then send us another docusign, this one will be the return to treasury agreement, there, it will look like a purchase agreement, complete with proposed pps.
