makes perfect sense to me. I thought it sounded a little odd to pay off the alembic loan with the Nexim, but have seen/heard much worse.

Ya mets that has crossed my mind, I didn't put it in the proper perspective, RE: why the loanz didn't post yet, in order for the loans to be finalized it makes perfect business scence to want the Alembic issue finalized before the release of funds.
