Apologies for the confusion.
Just to clarify. The PAX trial was scheduled to commence on 16th, but delayed a week as the airline needed more time to schedule the passenger and crew notification system, as is just one aircraft equipped and required a custom setup.
We started flying passengers last week, hence the increase in app downloads.
The runwaygirl (industry announcement) was to support the show and there will be a similar announcement on PRnewswire today.
The show is just the offical starting point, as it’s now real and there is considerable interest in the Wizz program.
When Wizz feels it suitable, they will make their own announcement. As you know, our policy is to let the technology do the talking.
As we roll out enhanced features over the coming weeks, we will update accordingly.
