You almost would think that the missteps were intentional.
Just to recap - it has taken Mr Vance and the options/shareholder rights/philosophy guru one and a half years to formulate this. (Must have been dealing with some Hanson issues.....). Now, will they act is a completely different question. (PS - only a company that doesn't want to hold common shares of their own company takes 1.5 years to come up with this type of document)
Who the frack announces a major delay, can't meet their MDT milestones on time (and yall know they are going to be further delayed after this quarter) and then comes out with this is the next line item to be ticked off.
