The legal issues will have to be resolved before this security will fly. I hope that I am wrong but on a 1 month chart this is another optimistic blip that will soon disappear. If the door closes on Aviptadil completely, the stock price will temporarily suffer but looking at the earnings already in the pipe and other meds that will possibly come on line, we should easily be trading at half a buck.
