I don't know that GSI is 100% owned by VPER. I don't know how you're so sure of it. One PR from 3 years ago isn't enough for me, but maybe it is for you.
You don't think it's weird that VPER supposedly purchased "Global Services International", but there is now a company also known as "GSI"-"Green Sustainable Initiatives" using the same phone number, address, and web address as "Global Services International"?
