Given that - I REALLY REALLY hope Matty listens to, and learns from the Hearing Assist Sr Mgt- THOSE GUYS ARE SEASONED PROS !!

THAT is the folks to follow Matty- THAT TEAM can show INND how to catapult waaay past where they are now !! Those are boot-strap start up folks, the LEAN n MEAN folks who've "done it" on their own, no OTC BS stock to fund them, etc !!

W/o being public - they "boot strapped" a start-up from $ZERO to $10 million plus in sales in a VERY tough retail segment "hearing aids" - and got themselves not only on TV as a recognized national brand now (you can find doctors etc doing Youtube organic non paid reviews of the Hearing Assist brand - that's how well known they are) - and they can afford TV time on their own dime !

TV time = MEGA BUCKS to run ad spots, which means Hearing Assist had to be cash flow positive and their sales growth was a hockey stick graph - the stuff Shark Tank and Wall Street types dream of !!

It's almost like this is a REVERSE-REVERSE MERGER to take HEARING ASSIST to the public market - as ALL THE VALUE and MASSIVE SALES POTENTIAL now rests with them and their long road they built to get TV brand recognition and now "inside" 700 plus WALMART STORES.

RETIRE THE CONVERTIBLE DEBT OF INND - and they can bury Eargo if they play their cards right as Eargo blew-it and messed with the FEDS via bad billing practices regarding the VA and Medicare, etc.

DO NOT BLOW THIS - and the Hearing Assist guys IF THEY COACH MATTY CORRECTLY can retire very wealthy inside of 2 years and my "guess" is that is their plan.

You now have a VERY MOTIVES SET OF Sr "SERIAL START UP GUYS" aka Hearing Assist inside Mgt - and THEY should be left alone to drive this ship and Matty's only job should be to help them and PAY OFF THE TOXIC DEBT ASAP - he needs to get on Twitter now and PUT THAT STATEMENT OUT, I can't stress that enough as COMPANY GOAL #1 above ALL ELSE !!
