I am at 6am every morning pre-coffee but

that doesn't change the fact that if you're getting 4 out of 10, you're a superstar in almost anything: baseball, hockey, investing, car racing, basketball, sales, drug development, etc....It's not rocket science, it's called statistics and it's actually taught in college, and is also part of everyday life.

So as of now, being after 6:30am, I'm no longer full of it.
