Most of those revenues were one time revenues. In fact the sale of the Brentwood shouldn't even be classified as revenue. It should be a "gain on sale of investment".
Yeah, because those revenues are just horrible. Give me a break.
The net proceeds of the land sale have likely already been redeployed elsewhere for benefit of management, not shareholders.
