Something is off with this whole thing. "Top-line revenues of more than $72 Million", and this scammy OTC "company" swooped in and grabbed it for peanuts compared to that? If Hearing Assist was such a huge player in the game, one of the big boys would have come in and swooped this up way before INND. Good luck to all, and I sure as hell hope you guys cash out during the pump before this whole thing crashes back down.

The $72 mil is CUMULATIVE over the years since Hearing Assist inception - and that is STILL a huge accomplishment.

Their biggest asset is they 100% DO HAVE FLOOR SPACE INSIDE over 700 Walmarts.

I checked with folks across the country I know- and it's verified that these Hearing Assist displays and point-of-sales lockers are as real as it gets.

It's nearly impossible to get "inside" Walmarts - let alone have them give a company a 5 x 5 or 5 x 6 piece of floor aka 25 sq-ft.

The buy-out terms are set to allow the Hearing Assist dudes IF THEY CAN DRIVE SHARE PRICE UP to make a "fair value" on the sale of their company - which tells me they "know" their own revenue numbers and how fast they can drive this share price up IF THEY RETIRE THE TOXIC DEBT which is thee single key factor to this deal IMO !!

WITHOUT CONVERTIBLE NOTES + real sales of say $10 to $20 million annual for Hearing Assist which is their latest numbers - and they do buy a LOT of TV add spots and SELF FUND as they are not a public company, and TV is expensive as hell- meaning these dudes "make money" or they'd be BK and gone a loooong time ago = that is the proposition here.

I've said it like 3 times this AM - MATTY BETTER GET ON TWITTER and state, "OUR FIRST ACTION AND GOAL WILL BE TO RETIRE ALL CONVERTIBLE DEBT VIA NEW REVENUES WE GENERATE VIA HEARING ASSIST WALMART SALES" blah blah...

IF Matty does that - then the near term .025 will EASILY come back after the note holders dump a few shares which is what they are doing this AM - obviously.

That's a share price DOUBLE right there alone - and I'll take a DAILY DOUBLE any time I can get one :)

Anything beyond that is gravy - and good coin IMO. This tagged .025 with the SAME NOTES OWED and did it only a short while ago - the entire OTC has just been getting pounded so it's a little tougher sailing.

BUT - "INSIDE 700 WALMART STORES" (not some bullshit on-line affiliate seller) carries a hell of a lot of weight IMO !

Matty - he should TWEET A PHOTO OF INSIDE A DIFFERENT WALMART STORE EVERY 15 DAMN MINUTES OF A DIFFERENT HEARING ASSIST DISPLAY - and then list the city and town of THAT Walmart.

Burn Twitter up with "HEARING ASSIST DISPLAY" - The Villages FL and then another one Virginia Beach Va and then MICHIGAN and then SOUTH CAROLINA and there it is - the HEARING ASSIST DISPLAY - get people out with a damn camera and shoot a display photo and post um non stop on Twitter and StockTwits etc !!

IN FACT - it would be prudent for Matty to LIST THE 700 WALMART - by town and city and do it ASAP !!
