He is wrong about it being a scam IMO. They wouldn't be PRing the numbers like this if it was. I don't think they have any clue how to run a public company though. Which may not matter when you have a source to get diamonds and buyers lined up to purchase them.

I'm saying there is something very wrong here. The company keeps claiming they are reducing the shares and the stock keeps getting sold off. I doubt momo players are involved, the stock is near an all time low. There is dilution and someones not being up front.
