That's the million dollar question. I asked Venkat these questions directly and he wouldn't answer, just said updates would come via official filings and news releases. What is not a question, for me, is that this company could very well command a market cap in the hundreds of millions if not more. What the share structure will look like, and what corporate actions will be taken up to that point, is what we don't know. A risk I'm willing to take. All IMO.

That would be awesome. When I looked into him, he seemed to be an OTC guy, he didnt appear to be on the up and up. Prime example , the name he uses for his company is very similar to a major investment firm.

Hopefully he is gone, if not they may RS just to weaken his holdings in the company, IMO. Either way this is a legitimate company with real things happening. That alone puts it in the top 95% of OTC tickers.
