Thinking about the current CYDY position.

WE have been told everyday for a year that bankruptcy is next week, months, absolutely before x/xx/2020

This reminds of the fable, The Boy That Cried Wolf. Basically I dont beleive a word said by the fake securities pros. Later day chicken little types.

I hammered the point home that we were Pre Rev. Every pre rev company sells shares until its not pre rev. CYDY has the greatest story I have ever found. Great stories mean they can raise cash.

Oh The Dilution, heaven forbid. Dah, pre revs sell common.

CYDY is out iof options, no more shares!!!! That one was hilarious. They just vote to increase authorization. I laid this out very clearly.

Oh my, huge dilution in 2020 into 2021. Again dah. Every CYDY Private Placement PIPE that I am aware of, sold common with Warrants.

When CYDY shre value charged forward in 2020, management worked on encouraging Warrant holders to convert into common. WHY??? We were low on shares. The shares behind the Warts were held in reserve and already registered with the SEC. The warrants were just about the only option without a authorization in January of 2020. Dats a Fact.

THAT is WHY THE FLOAT INCREASED IN 2020. DAH. Warrants. As simple as that. 2021 was more Fife than warrants but both were involved.

Then there is Nader dis, Nader dat. Why this attack plan? Because they know Leronlimab is a Big Pharma killer. Cant attack LL so attack Nader.

So here we sit. Canada with Cancer. Brazil with Covid. AND we, CYDY has the biggest war chest available in my memory. 200,000,000 liquid shares as good as cash.

Any advancement and BAM, we are 5$. Wham CYDY raises huge cash.

Lets say 4$. Thats 400,000,000$$ if CYDY takes my advice to sell 100,000,000 common in a big time underwriting.

At 5$ or 6$ You do the math. We are sitting in a better position than any time in the last two years.

Bad news for those that sell or have sold our company. Suggest a family member sells and it will haunt the rear view mirror dude.

Hint. Rear mirrors tell us whats we have passed. Share prices are valued on the future. Easy to understand.

What is the biggest negative?? Leronlimab, thats the negative.

Your confused? Right?? Leronlimab because it destroys many Big Pharma cash flow lines. It will alter medical practices as we know it today similar to leeches in the 1750 to 1810 era. Big Pharma is powerful. Powerful enough to allow another 770,000 Americans to perish this year. Tats power.
