It is not greed anymore

Now the money is w the companies (yes I know the liquidation pretence increases)

It is more like the following

1). Do not care attitude
2) too many other bigger issues
3) don't know how to fix it by Congress
4). HERA is really mess
5) DC works like that
6) Cong points to tsy, tsy points to Fhfa, Fhfa points to Cong for fixing it.
