Well since Amarex has NPs email directing them to file an incomplete BLA -- that would be called a "smoking gun." It also called EVIDENCE as the SEC and the DOJ are investigating the company for stock fraud and insider trading. NP clearly admitted he was doing the filing so he could pump the stock price for his own (and insider buddies) financial benefit.
