Thanks Tyrus! Great point about being an SEC reporting company. After all the pains of getting through numerous hoops it is extremely unlikely that GOFF will peak at $5 to $10. JMHO. It will be a lucky company that gets this beauty of a shell. An important point to note is that there’s 50 million restricted shares from the past which a former Form 4 calls out as belonging to old management. So it can actually get even better!
