SurgePays defrauding EBB Program by stealing wireless-customers' EBB funds.

SurgePays did not have direct EBB Program sign-ups, right?

Massive EBB Program fraud is generally occurring nationwide.

You can bet SurgePays is riding that free money scam government money program bandwagon.

Where there's a government program scam, there's SurgePays Inc.

There was previously no place to sign-up for EBB Program with SurgePays, yet it got all thise new EBB Porgram customers. There was even a test (theft) run that SurgePays ran claiming sign-ups that it did no marketing for.

And now later and newly there is a page about EBB Program sign-up on their SurgePhone site. However, there continues to be no SurgePays EBB Program online marketing links or webpages found anywhere for marketing SurgePays EBB Program sign-up. None. Yet all the sign-ups in a highly competitive field for a braodband internet program from a cell phone wireless re-seller. Same as with all their past Surge Holdings and SurgePays Inc. scam products.

Turns out, thousands nationwide already, if not millions of customers, enrolled in the EBB Program broadband internet have had their broadband internet EBB Program $50 month transferred without their knowledge or permission to their government phone wireless account where the $50/month EBB Program money they did not sign-up is being applied to their wireless service. Yet, supposedly transferred and $50 applied... where in fact the $50 not being applied, as the wireless customer EBB funds are being diverted elsewhere, as first auto-switched without knowledge or permission from their internet broadband company.

Customers are caught between EBB saying all is good and all is in order with the customers' enrolled EBB Program and their $50/month payment distribution, and EBB Program reps say that the broadband company (adelphia, specturm) can very easily re-obtain (switch back) the EBB program funds to have applied to the broadband internet company customer account. Yet, which the internet company then does not switch back (or enroll) to get done either, as if colluding with the wireless companies that have already defrauded their wireless customers, having taken their EBB Program from their broadband internet company account, and then not in fact even applying their monthly EBB Program $50 to their wireless plan either even after first stealing (transferring) the EBB Program and $50/month funds from their wireless customers' broadband internet company.

Even customers cancelling the now-wireless EBB program with their wireless company are getting scammed, with the wireless company claiming with confirmation the wireless EBB Program cancellation, that will allow the broadband internet company to obtain and get it back and re-assign EBB Program funds back to the broadband internet service account, but then the internet company not in fact doing so and then giving excuses.

The cell phone company also tells their wireless customer to contact the EBB Program to get their monthly $50/month, that then EBB says the cell phone company is getting without issue The cell phone companies have stolen the EBB Program account from the broadband internet customer's account.

Odds are huge ScurgScum Inc. is riding the fraud on this one. It's a billion dollar government program, and Brian Coxy the Woxy is infamous for defrauding the government as via the Lifeline program.
