Np has repeatedly said they had many interested BPs. But let's get real, he signed up Vyera, the worst biopharma company in the U.S. and got a whopping $5 million. Then there was American Regent -- a generic company that paid NOTHING. Then the three exU.S. partners that have paid nothing for their partnership. None of them are considered BP, just small local drug companies.
I've worked with BP BizDev folks and they are very risk adverse (don't want to lose their job making a mistake) and an OTC penny stock especially one with SEC and DOJ investigations in process. They are investigating because the company misrepresented and manipulated their clinical trial data. A twice convicted CEO, no medical experience, vulture funding, insolvent, etc. Just look at the latest -- Dr. Kelly's "3600% PFS" (that's impossible), Dr. Recknor's "as much as 45%" etc.
There is so much wrong with this company that no self-respecting BP would trust this OTC penny stock pumping management??
