An NDA is a contractual agreement. It is not required by the SEC, as far as I know, as part of some mysterious "regulatory compliance quiet period" as suggested in the link below.

If Alison and MEH Corp and/or others are bound by one or more NDAs, of course they should abide by them. But that is a legal matter, not something required by any SEC regulation I (and another poster) can produce. As for when they MUST disclose Material Corporate Events, that I believe is up to SEC regulations and OTCM filing requirements and not any NDA's they may have signed.

If MEH Corp ever gets around to filing that Form 10, things will get interesting because the SEC is a regulatory body unlike OTCM, which is not. Timely and complete disclosure will not be optional.
