HOCL is being used and yes approved worldwide against COVID.

While you might be correct that it does not specifically state such on the EPA label, scientific studies have shown HOCL to be effective against airborne noroviruses. Since Covid is an enveloped virus, it is considered easier to kill and therefore it is widely accepted as being an effective agent.

Are you saying these global scientific approval agencies are all wrong?

Please tell me more how that can be?

Oh and you didn't answer why would would a 20+ hospital conglomerate sign up for PCTL products if they suddenly were as ineffective as you are claiming?

Geez, the ridiculous things I read here

Geez, the ridiculous things we read here:

namtae Quote: "Now read PCTs EPA label and you'll see no kill claim for airborne covid"

Why aren’t ozone generators, UV lights, or air purifiers on List N? Can I use these or other pesticidal devices to kill the virus that causes COVID-19?

Unlike chemical pesticides, EPA does not routinely review the safety or efficacy of pesticidal devices, and therefore cannot confirm whether, or under what circumstances, such products might be effective against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.

Accordingly, List N only includes surface disinfectants registered by EPA and does not include devices.
