Lol yes some thought easy peasy this was guaranteed to be deemed effective and pink current right now. I never did.
The Form10 was riddled with errors. And GVSI has a terrible past history and an ongoing decision by the SEC that was suppose to be resolved by George - did he do something about that?

Looks like American Blockchain Inc name reserved AGAIN. Guess George wants to keep that hope alive.

Well that’s just it. We have G.S. There’s a huge difference in working with the SEC and being transparent about it vs. what everyone is used to in the OTC: a scam artist remaining quiet while everything is sort of left up to chance. GVSI is delayed, and spinning has run amok.
