They won and made most of them to give back most of their stock in what the judge called "illegal enrichment."
All I know is Canada and UK have rejected the company's filing except for the Health Canada SAP that NP misrepresented as an "Emergency Use" approval, like it was an EUA. Another episode of stock fraud trying to deceive investors.
