The bigger sandbox was always there for CYDY, but not with Nader in it. It is probably not there now. Kelly even said he tried to replace Nader but “ Nobody would take the job”.
No legitimate lender will fund this with Nader attached.
The private placement micro raises are structured for an immediate sale and there is a huge discount from market.
When they are trying to raise TENS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS AT A TIME, there is not enough volume to quickly dump those shares. I predict the new big raises will require even bigger discounts and will drive the SP lower, thereby contribute much less $ than anticipated.
There are no near term catalysts.
