Yes, accessing capital markets and being good at it is what makes the difference. Any business especially mining is not a static process as you know. You need capital and we supply that by buying shares which supports the debt incurred in exchange. How great the American system! That debt was used to re-open Ruby... a great MINING effort in a hugely risky business of mining. But we knew that as astute investors. High risk and high reward. I like that. That effort didn't "pan out" like so many in the world of risky mining. Perry limited the losses to save money to expand into adding other claims. These mining companies are ever changing long stories that go from riches to bust and back. Mr. Leopold is putting the company in good position for a chance at revenue from CC's to pay for development of other claims. Not many miners can say that.
