I think it's a reasonable question... but just not a concern as I see it. Nick is all in on SNPW regardless of whatever else is going on. You know he's owed over $1mil in back pay from SNPW. If he is able to sustain himself without foreclosing all the assets of the company, that is most certainly good for us.
Frankly, I don't know how he's able to work on these ventures (UL, Durango, Aus) with the resources we've got... but however he's doing it.. I'm certainly not complaining. Those panels look great... and HUGE props to Nick for getting that production going.
Again, I think it's a reasonable question about other entities, but frankly, I'm just not concerned. As Dagaz said, it's probably good for us holders.
