It's all explained in my post. Nobody can get over 730M shares diluted in 2 trading days (Last 2 trading days of Oct.) with the volume of trades being as low as indicated in the 1 month chart linked below.
So I suspect the majority of those shares, were sold in Nov.

PS: Those dates used the post being replied to, do not accurately indicate how many shares were sold into the market for the month of Oct. & Nov.
It should also be noted, that the chance for additional shares hitting the market in the month of Nov., still exist.
