$TRKA MM's trying to accumulate or let shorts cover? That spike was short-lived, but now I've been watching several 100k+ share bids a couple cents below the ask, with anywhere between 50k and 100k shares on the ask.
Seems like someone is trying to play some games and either accumulate or cover.
