You weren't naive. You just didn't know Grist the Grifter was going to dilute the hell out of it.

FTEG's web site says they want to hear from investors but they don't respond so you have no idea if they read your emails or listen to your voice messages. Grist the Grifter's wife is on Instagram and she reads the comments. I know she does because I called her husband the devil and she blocked me. So the closest you can get to letting the company know how you feel is by commenting on The Grifter's wife's Instagram account: https://www.instagram.com/kellipga/

I keep checking the comments on her latest post, which is a review of FTEG's MedSpa in which she makes no mention of being married to the CEO, and none of you have left any comments (unless she deletes them before I see). A bunch of wimps complaining here but not to the company that says they want to hear from us.
