This means LICH CEO is very serious about the company and isn’t a pumper because the insiders are not allowed to leak inside information in private according to the laws.

So, it’s trustable and a real company.

Hi Glenngroove, I just spoke with the CEO (Venkat Nelabhotla). As you said, he can not disclose any details, but I can say based on our conversation, I am quite confident there are NO plans or thoughts about any dilution.

When I asked about timing for a PR, he said, as he should say, "Per council, I can not divulge any details regarding timing for a PR. You will have to wait until a PR is issued, and is part of the public domain". Seems they are getting their ducks in a row in preparation for next steps. He went on to say "Our shareholders are very important to us and I appreciate your calling".

I got off the phone with a very good feeling about him and the company, I feel we are invested very good here!
