QNTA: Geez - ALREADY_FILING_THEIR_FIRST_"AMENDMENT"_TO_A_LATE_FILING_WTF ?

They posted the filing and the ink was barely dry AFTER they needed an "extension to file past the due date" and they ALREADY file a 10-K/A for amended ??????

WTF did they change, alter, screw-up or what now on this 10-Q ?????

This is turning into a clown show and bad comedy act WTF !!!
