Can anyone explain why there have been several trades lately in the hundred share sells of RMEI ????? Today for instance, whenever someone bought shares at 0.0002, someone sold shares at the bid of 0.0001. The first sale was 100 shares, the next sale 200, and the last one 100 shares again, for a "grand total" of 400 shares sold, keeping the price at .0001, with a total buy of "4cents"!!!!! Why would anyone want to keep this stock price lower without selling any significant amount of shares ????? Just puzzled ????? Florida

We've been cast as Jar Jar Binks

the next expected line is
"My Give UP!" from current speculating investors
then RS
and on to the next movie in the series
for a whole new cast of speculators to lose $.

They registered 5 billion shares about 1 month ago in a SEC filing. At that time they allocated 1 billion with 4 billion being reserved for contract payments of future advisors and investment groups. I'm guessing this is where the additional shares are coming from.

Based on previous history I estimate you have less than a 1% chance of success IMO. I have watched this through 5 or 6 reverse splits and the last 4 or 5 have followed nearly the identical pattern. On a couple they had to file a second Form S8 because they appeared to run out of shares to sell. Realize this company has almost no revenues. They give away their show for FREE, and try to make their money on sales of related merchandise. They have dreams of this becoming the next Sesame Street or whatever but its not shaping up that way so far. I don't know how their Christmas sales went, but we should find out in their next 10K which should be showing up by March 31, though last year they were late and we didn't see it until April 17. The company survives off of selling shares. Anyone owning shares and does not sell before the .0001 bids are pounded out will lose their entire investment IMO.
