I have traded AXGJ since Oct. SBSH will bring the bid up but if you hit it you will only get filled 5k shares. If you are on ask and drop your ask SBSH will drop his right with you or below you.

Mildly aggresive dilution.

This happens with the mm's. These suckers are culprits. Stock can go very high but lot of manipulation with MM's. They sell at their own price and buy at own price.
TOdays news was great. Axia getting into Dubai. This stock should normally rise. HAN if you are going to talk to ceo let him know how to supress this shorties. This stock is due a big big hike.
