That means, current BOD will lose control and new guys will take over the BOD and operation. Which is not selling equity, it is being taken over.. That is most likely only scenario left.

To make it successful (and that to 5, 10 or 20 bagger), these new guys need to be Mining literate not punks like Mudrick and current CEO Diane.
