Who cares even if they did raise the AS? There are plenty of reasons for that. And there are plenty of stocks with much larger ones doing much better than this when they shouldn't be. Stop trying to sell it, because I'm not buying it.
When you click to view the filing and click on the share tab you can see that the SS is still the same.
The AS was voted on at the annual meeting back in June. They do have the ability to issue up to the 9.99B. This is not new. But Herm said they don't have plans to alter the current SS as it stands.
